Rodger Moran
Manager of Advancement

Rodger helps share the story of Camp Huron and build the relationships that support its future. His work focuses on fundraising, donor engagement, communications, and strategic partnerships that help more children, youth, families, and communities experience the gift of camp.

A lifelong Anglican, Rodger is grateful to support a ministry rooted in faith, belonging, service, and creation. He is especially drawn to work that brings people together around shared purpose and creates lasting impact for the next generation.

Carter Forster
Assistant Director, Administration

Carter is returning for his 16th summer at Camp Huron, having first come to camp as a seven-year-old camper. Since then, he has completed the LIT program and spent 4 years on staff in roles including counsellor, LIT Programmer, and STEM Programmer.

This summer, Carter will serve as Assistant Director of Administration, helping lead the office and support the staff and Assistant Director team. His work includes organizing onboarding paperwork, coordinating staff training requirements, and helping ensure the behind-the-scenes details of camp run smoothly.

Outside of camp, Carter is entering his fourth year at the University of Waterloo, where he studies Liberal Arts with a minor in History. Carter brings a calm, steady, and organized presence to his role, along with a deep understanding of Camp Huron’s day-to-day life. This summer, he hopes to support younger staff and leaders as they grow in confidence, so new campers can experience the same joy he knew as a young camper.

Isaiah Rebelo
Assistant Director, Leadership

Isaiah has been coming to Camp Huron for 13 years and is returning for his 4th summer on staff. This summer, he will serve as Assistant Director of Leadership, overseeing the Leader-in-Training program, supporting staff, and helping with Camp Huron’s social media.

Outside of camp, Isaiah has just completed his second year at Brock University, where he studies Child and Youth Studies through the Concurrent Education program. He also works as a Brock Ambassador leading campus tours, works in an afterschool program, and serves as a grocery store supervisor.

Isaiah brings strong experience working with children and youth, including previous roles as cabin staff and LIT Programmer at Camp Huron. He also holds Standard First Aid/CPR and Safe Food Handler certifications. This summer, Isaiah hopes to help LITs grow in confidence, understand what leadership looks like, and prepare for the possibility of becoming future Camp Huron staff.

Lily Ryan
Assistant Director, Programming

Lily has been part of Camp Huron for 14 years, including 10 years as a camper and 4 years on staff. This summer, she will serve as Assistant Director of Programming, overseeing camp programming and working closely with program staff to bring activities like arts and crafts, outdoor games, and other sessions to life.

Outside of camp, Lily is entering her fourth year at McGill University, where she studies Earth System Science. She spent the past winter studying abroad at the University of Edinburgh and is involved in student government and McGill’s triathlon club.

Lily brings a wide range of Camp Huron experience, having previously served as a cabin counsellor, LIT Programmer, Nature Programmer, and lifeguard. She has also taught and assisted with Sunday School at her church for many years. This summer, Lily hopes to help first-time campers feel welcome and included while sharing the joy of camp with as many children as possible.

Nate Boate
STEM Programmer

Nate has been part of Camp Huron for 15 years and is excited to return this summer as STEM Programmer. In this role, he will create and lead science-based activities for campers of all ages, helping make STEM fun, hands-on, and connected to the world around them.

Outside of camp, Nate is entering his third year at the University of Guelph, where he studies Human Kinetics. He is also teaching semi-private swimming lessons, taking a summer course, and will serve as the third-year representative for the Human Kinetics Students’ Association in September.

Nate brings a strong background in science, leadership, and waterfront safety, including National Lifeguard certification for both waterfront and pool, as well as Standard First Aid. This summer, he hopes to encourage curiosity, a love of science, and a deeper appreciation for nature while helping campers have as much fun as possible.

Will Boate
Programmer

Will is excited to return to Camp Huron for his 15th summer at camp and his 5th summer on staff. As Programmer, he helps lead some of the creative and high-energy parts of camp life, including daily Showtime sessions, campfires, evening programs, and other activities throughout the week.

Outside of camp, Will studies Sociology at the University of Guelph. He also volunteers with Start2Finish, an after-school program that helps children grow through running and reading, serves as a Safewalk volunteer on campus, and coaches soccer for young children through Little Kickers in London.

Will brings experience in leadership, working with children, sports, music, and camper development. A former LIT Programmer at Camp Huron, he is passionate about helping campers build confidence, find their voice, try new things, and experience the fun, friendship, and joy that make camp such a meaningful place.

Corbin Cripps
Programmer, LIT I

Corbin has been part of Camp Huron for 9 years as a camper and is returning for his second summer on staff. This summer, he will serve as an LIT I Programmer, helping Leader-in-Training participants support camp-wide activities such as campfires and Camp Entertainment.

Outside of camp, Corbin is involved with his school’s Relay for Life committee, helping plan and set up the event. He is especially interested in science and history, and has also been part of his school’s swim team and concert band.

Corbin brings leadership experience, First Aid training, and National Lifeguard certification to his role. This summer, he hopes to help campers build confidence in themselves, recognize the skills they already have, and grow as leaders when faced with new challenges.

Anna Eagleson
Head, Waterfront

Anna has been part of Camp Huron since 2016 and is returning for her second summer on staff. This summer, she will serve as Head Waterfront, helping lead the waterfront team, support staff, uphold safety expectations, and create fun beach activities for campers.

Outside of camp, Anna is finishing Grade 12 and preparing to begin Concurrent Education for Primary/Junior at Brock University in the fall. She currently works at a local pool as a lead lifeguard and swimming instructor, where she helps children build confidence in the water and learn important water safety skills.

Anna brings strong experience in lifeguarding, swim instruction, leadership, and working with children. She also volunteers with church youth groups, Sunday school, Girl Guides, and school events, and has gained classroom experience through a kindergarten co-op placement. This summer, Anna hopes to help campers feel welcome, included, confident, and ready to try new things while making great memories at Camp Huron.

Paw Shee Moo
Programmer, LIT III

Paw Shee has been part of Camp Huron for 11 years and is returning for her 4th summer on staff. This summer, she will serve as an LIT III Programmer, helping plan, organize, and lead leadership sessions that prepare LITs for counselling, shadowing, and placement experiences.

Outside of camp, Paw Shee studies Kinesiology through the Co-op BSc program at the University of Waterloo. She brings experience working with children and LIT participants, along with skills in mentoring, First Aid, and the arts.

This summer, Paw Shee hopes to help create a safe and welcoming environment where campers feel comfortable, included, and ready to take part in the community they build together. She hopes each camper leaves with good memories and a desire to return to Camp Huron again.

Avery Nadeau
Programmer, LIT I

Avery is returning to Camp Huron for her second summer on staff. This summer, she will serve as an LIT I Programmer, helping LIT participants grow in their leadership abilities and develop the confidence, compassion, and skills they need to become strong leaders at camp and beyond.

Avery is currently finishing Grade 12 and will begin a Bachelor of Applied Science in Child Studies at the University of Guelph in the fall. She brings experience working with children through her role as a kids’ birthday party host at Palasad, assisting dance classes at her studio, and serving as cabin staff at Camp Huron last summer. She also completed the LIT program as a camper and holds First Aid and CPR qualifications.

This summer, Avery is excited to help campers grow in confidence and independence while being surrounded by friendship, community, and the joy of camp.

Hannah Sutherland-Sebo
Programmer, LIT III

Hannah has been part of Camp Huron for 15 years, beginning as a six-year-old camper in 2011. This summer, she will serve as LIT III Programmer, helping lead and shape the program alongside her co-counsellor and Assistant Director.

Outside of camp, Hannah is entering her fourth year of university, where she is completing a double major in Dramatic Art and Education. She has also completed her first year of teachers college and brings experience from previous summers on cabin staff and with the LIT I and LIT II programs, as well as coaching soccer and working in supervisory roles.

Hannah hopes to lead with love and joy as she helps LIT III participants grow in confidence, faith, leadership, and service. Camp Huron has been a deeply meaningful place in her own life, and she is excited to help campers experience the beauty, belonging, and growth that camp can offer.
